Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service period in question.

6. Payment Terms and Service Fees

Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in their respective contracts. Payments are typically due on a monthly basis. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per the duration specified in their contract. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled, and Alchemy Ventures will ensure a secure handover of all client-owned data.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester (UK) or the relevant state courts in the US.
